Every so often I look at Winners circle and the same people are winning repeatedly. I was one girl said she won 5 big sweeps. I don't understand it. I do know the referrals for the sweeps with some people can be hundreds and thousands. I don't understand that either. I have won a few things but have been playing for 2 years now. And 2 years ago I saw the same people winning the bigger prizes. Ty
