ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who, at the time of drawing are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternative potential Grand Prize winner if: (a) a potential winner is unreachable within three days; (b) a winner fails to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, residency or eligibility; winner declines acceptance of the prize; if in Sponsor's determination, a winner has not complied with these Complete Official Rules.
