ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 USA and DC, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The Ultimate Race Weekend: A 4-day/3-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three guests to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for winner and up to three guests from the major airport nearest the winner's home to Las Vegas, Nevada, round-trip ground transfers between airport and hotel, 3-nights' hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy) in Sponsor-specified luxury hotel, and four tickets to a Sponsor-specified NASCAR race on September 29th, 2019 including limo service to and from the race(ARV $15,000) The maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $15,000 Grand Prize trip must be taken on Sponsor-specified dates, in September 2019, or prize will be forfeited. Certain restrictions may apply. Travel companion[s] of Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a Release of Liability prior to travel. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Travel companion[s] of the Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older and will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion[s] must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID), in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation between departure airport and winner's home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. In the event the Grand Prize trip is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or an event of force majeure, Sponsor reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value.

WEEKLY PRIZES: A Sponsor-specified SUNNYD t-shirt, a Sponsor-specified pit crew t-shirt and a Sponsor-specified SUNNYD hat. The approximate retail value of each Weekly Entry Period Prize is $80. Limit one Weekly Prize per person.
