ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to persons who are legal residents of CA, IL, IN, IA, KS, MD, ME, MI, MO, MN, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI or WV, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (at least 19 years of age if a resident of NE).

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a $10,000 "connected-home makeover", awarded as a $2,500 shopping spree at U.S. Cellular and a check in the amount of $7,500 payable to the winner, which may be used for the purchase and installation of smart-home devices in his/her residence, or for any purpose of the winner's choice. Approximate Retail Value : $10,000.

On or about November 2, 2018, Sponsor will select one potential Grand Prize winner of the prize described below in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period through both entry methods combined. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for the prize.

FIRST PRIZE DRAWING DATES: June 26, 2018; July 10, 2018; July 24, 2018; August 7, 2018; August 21, 2018; September 4, 2018; September 18, 2018; October 2, 2018; October 16, 2018; October 30, 2018.

FIRST PRIZE: Each First Prize will consist of a $1,000 "connected home" package, awarded as a check in the amount of $1,000 payable to the winner, which may be used for the purchase and installation of smart-home devices in his/her residence, or for any purpose of the winner's choice. ARV: $1,000 per prize. A total of ten First Prizes will be awarded, with a total ARV of $10,000.

Total ARV of all prizes in this Promotion: $20,000.
