GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a $1,000 check from Quacker Factory.

Each eligible submission (email address) will be entered once in a random prize drawing. Quacker Factory retains the right to delay the prize drawing. Winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible email addresses entries received. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
