ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Guam, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their place, province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

FORTY FIVE WINNERS: Each prize is a $100 Darden Restaurant Gift Card.

The ARV of each prize is $100 USD. There will be sixty prizes available, five per Entry Period.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each entry period.

FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without making a purchase, an entrant may handwrite his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O.
