ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal USA residents physically residing in the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry and who meet all other requirements in the Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE: The Overall Grand Prize offers the Winner the opportunity to co-create social media content as a member of the Sponsor's Superfan Influencer Crew. The Grand Prize package consist of:

• Eleven thousand dollars ($11,000.00), awarded in the form of a check.
• One thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100.00) for use at 7-Eleven in the form of a credit, gift card or other distribution method as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• The opportunity to be invited to attend the Superfan Influencer Crew bootcamp.

Overall Grand Prize ARV: $14,600.00.

EP3 Grand Prize (1 available): Winner will receive a prize package that consists of:

• Two professional football tickets to attend a 2021 regular season game (which includes non-playoff games in January 2022) of the Winner's choice.
• One Pepsi Swag Bag.
• Two professional football gear gift cards in the amount of $25.00 each.

Prize ARV: $595.00.

EP1 WINNERS (30 available): Each prize consists of one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100.00) payable as one of the following options:

• As tuition to cover college or postsecondary vocational institution tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, related educational expenses and on-campus room and board to be awarded in the form of a check distributed to the school (eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended) and located in the United States on behalf of the Winner or Winner's designee, who must be at least 17 years of age as further described in the official rules.
• To pay off student loans incurred for eligible costs in (a.) above in the form of a check distributed to the lending institution on behalf of the Winner or Winner's Designee; or (c.) Direct payment to the Winner in the form of a check.

Approximate retail value: $1,100.00 each.

EP 2 WINNERS (3 available): Kellogg Company is the Prize Provider. Each prize consists of the following:

Two tickets to the Cheez-It Bowl game currently scheduled to take place in Orlando, Florida on December 29, 2021

Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) to offset travel expenses, awarded in the form of a check. The seat locations will be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion.

EP3 Runner Up Prize One (3 available): Each Winner will receive one mini helmet, autographed by a Buffalo player. Prize ARV: $400.00.

CUMULATIVE MAXIMUM ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $120,933.40.
