ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older (19 or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize is available to be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and one guest to attend one game of the NBA Finals 2024. Exact travel dates to be determined, by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. Trip includes:

• roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and one guest (from a major airport nearest the winner's home)
• one standard double-occupancy hotel room for two nights
• two tickets to one game of the NBA Finals 2024 (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion)
• Winner only will also receive $500.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner)

Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions, which may include the requirement that winner must download a mobile ticketing app (valid email address required) and present tickets for entry via a mobile device. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $4,100.00, depending on winner's point of departure and destination airport. See below for Grand Prize Conditions.

SEVENTY WINNERS: Each First Prize consists of one NBA item signed by an NBA player selected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

ARV of each First Prize is up to $125.00.

ONE HUNDRED TWELVE WINNERS: Each Second Prize consists of one NBAstore.com digital gift code (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). Digital gift code is valid only at store.nba.com.

ARV of each Second Prize is $100.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to $24,050.00.
