ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive one couch. Size, style, fabric and all elements of prize determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner to work with Sponsor's designated partner to arrange prize pick-up/delivery. ARV: $5,200.

FOUR FIRST PRIZES: Each winner will receive one TV. Size, model, brand, and all other elements of prize determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $300.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SECOND PRIZES (60 for Drawing 1, 60 for Drawing 2): Each winner will receive one $20 Venmo payment to winner's Venmo account to be used for gaming/streaming. Venmo account must be in good standing to receive prize. ARV: $20.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THIRD PRIZES (60 for Drawing 1, 60 for Drawing 2): Each winner will receive one $20 Venmo payment to winner's Venmo account to be used for gaming/streaming. Venmo account must be in good standing to receive prize. ARV: $20.

TWO HUNDRED FORTY FOURTH PRIZES (120 for Drawing 1, 120 for Drawing 2): Each winner will receive one $20 Venmo payment to winner's Venmo account. Venmo account must be in good standing to receive prize. ARV: $20.

The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $16,000.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
