CollegeNET · Challenge Interview Scholarship Competition

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must be a person who, as of the

date of Entry (as defined in Section 7 below):

• Is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Is at least 13 years old
• Currently attends, and has attended during the previous year, a U.S. high school

In addition to the foregoing eligibility requirements, in order to be eligible to receive a scholarship award under the Competition, you must:

• Be enrolled as an undergraduate student in an Eligible College (as defined in Section 4 below) prior to December 31, 2024. An "undergraduate student" is defined as a student seeking one of two higher education degrees: an associate degree or a bachelor's degree.

MONTHLY AWARDS: For each Monthly Competition, CollegeNET will award the following monetary awards to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of that Monthly Competition:

• The 1st place winner of a Monthly Competition will receive a $25,000 college scholarship, paid on their behalf to an Eligible College
• The 2nd place winner of a Monthly Competition will receive a $15,000 college scholarship, paid on their behalf to an Eligible College
• The 3rd place winner of a Monthly Competition will receive a $10,000 college scholarship, paid on their behalf to an Eligible College
