ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding New Jersey, Utah and Virginia) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. VOID IN NEW JERSEY, UTAH, VIRGINIA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

GRAND PRIZE: Entry Period 13 will have one Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for winner and three guests, (all ages 21 and over), to Las Vegas, Nevada. The Grand Prize will include:

• roundtrip airfare for winner and guests from a Sponsor-specified major airport nearest winner's residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, transportation to and from airport
• three night standard suite accommodations
• one $500 Visa Gift Card
• a day club pass
• the choice of either a group guided outdoor excursion

• or four tickets to Cirque
• or one VIP day
• club pass
• one cooler
• one Bluetooth speaker
• one fanny pack
• one apparel item

The total ARV for the Grand Prize is $10,000.00.

The ARV is subject to change based on city of departure, and other market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Tickets to any event is subject to the terms set by the respective issuer. Total ARV of all the prizes to be awarded in this Contest is $16,000.00.

Alcohol is not included as part of any Prize.

TWELVE WINNERS: The First Place Prize will consist of one cooler, one Bluetooth speaker, one fanny pack and one Pink Whitney branded apparel item.

The total ARV for the First Place Prize is $500.00.

The ARV of all the First Place Prizes to be awarded during the Contest Period is $6,000.
