ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN CANADA AND WHO HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Promotion may only be entered from and within Canada.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize consists of the opportunity for the confirmed winner and one Guest (subject to the Guest Requirements noted below – the "Guest") to travel to Orlando, Florida to participate in a Zero Gravity experience at Nasa's Kennedy Space Center. The Grand Prize includes:

• round trip airfare (economy class) for the confirmed winner and their Guest to Orlando, Florida from a Canadian airport near the confirmed winner's residence (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion)
• accommodation for two (double occupancy) for five nights as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion
• participation in the Experience
• $2000 CAD spending money for the confirmed winner
• OREO branded space themed backpack (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion)

Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of $30,000 CAD – although the actual retail value will vary depending on the point of departure and other circumstances. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and approximate retail values be awarded. Choice of transportation, accommodations (including, without limitation, room size and occupancy) and all other aspects of each Grand Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

THIRTY WINNERS: There will be a total of thirty Instant Prizes (each, an "Instant Prize" and collectively, the "Instant Prizes") available to be won, each consisting of OREO branded space themed backpack (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).

Approximate retail value: $250 CAD each.

There is a limit of one Instant Prize per person/household. Instant Win prize winners remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.
