ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: A Bear Mountain Mogul Challenger Weekend Getaway (Getaway) for winner and one guest in Killington, Vermont on April 5, 2024 through April 7, 2024. Getaway includes:

• double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two consecutive nights
• lift tickets for two days
• equipment rental for two days
• one $150.00 pre-paid card (Terms and Conditions issued with pre-paid card apply)
• one gift bag (exact merchandise to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsors sole discretion)

Accommodations are at Sponsors sole discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winners responsibility. Transportation, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are winners responsibility.

Approximate Retail Value is $2,500.00

If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19, or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsors control, then no prize will be awarded.
