ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are, as of date of entry, at least 18 years of age or older and are e.l.f. Beauty Squad Loyalty Program members.

TWENTY WINNERS: A $10,000 check, deposited directly to Winner's brokerage account (i.e. Fidelity, Vanguard, etc.) for the benefit of the Winner.

Check will be mailed directly to the brokerage account platform. Winner will be required to provide Sponsor or Administrator with all account information needed in order for the check to be deposited. This may include but is not limited to brokerage mailing address, account name, account number, etc. If Winner does not have an existing brokerage account, they will be required to open one in order to receive the Prize. Brokerage account platform must be approved by Sponsor/Administrator in order to receive the prize. In the event Sponsor/Administrator does not approve brokerage account platform, Winner may be required to open an account on an approved brokerage platform, in Sponsor's sole discretion or prize may be forfeited.
