ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).

GRAND PRIZE: One 3 day/2 night trip for one winner and one guest to attend the March Madness® NCAA® Men's Basketball Tournament in Phoenix, AZ. Trip includes:

• round trip coach air transportation for two from a major commercial airport near Winner's legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor) to Phoenix, AZ area airport (as chosen by the Sponsor, with possible layovers)
• two nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Phoenix area hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
• ground transportation to/from airport in Phoenix, AZ
• two tickets to attend the March Madness® NCAA® Men's Basketball Tournament on April 8, 2024
• Winner will also receive $5,000 awarded as a check in the name of the winner only

The total approximate total retail value of the Prize is up to $11,714.00.

However, if Winner resides within one-hundred fifty miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided to such Winner and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided)
