ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least twenty-one years old, at the time of entry. GRAND PRIZE: One Festival Rock Flight®️ prize which includes:

• two 3-day VIP ticket to The Governors Ball®️ in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, New York, NY scheduled to take place June 7, 2024 to June 9, 2024
• round-trip, economy class air transportation for two from the major airport nearest prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the Festival
• one double occupancy standard hotel room for four nights / four days
• a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation

Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of Live Nation, airline and/or hotel personnel.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand prize is: Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5000.00), depending upon winner's point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no wine or other alcoholic beverages are part of the prize.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There will be only one prize per winner. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.
