ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one years of age at the time of entry.

EIGHTEEN GRAND PRIZES: Each grand prize is two passes (for winner and one adult guest age 21+) to a PGA Tour Golf Tournament. The specific Tournament will be determined based on the selected Tournament during the registration process. There will be eighteen Grand Prizes (two per Tournament) awarded during the Promotion Period. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $200.

The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $4,000.

SIX FIRST PRIZES: Each first prize is a round of golf at a premier regional course from Golfbreaks fulfilled as a Golfbreaks voucher. Terms and conditions of voucher apply. There will be six First Prizes, one per eligible state (CA, FL, TX, IL, MA, CO), awarded during the Promotion Period.

The ARV of each First Prize is $1,000.

Total ARV of all First Prizes is $6,000.
