ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this promotion, Sweepstakes entrants must be legal residents of Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin, be eighteen years of age or older, own their own single-family home, which home has a structure that is in suitable condition (as determined by UWD or its designees in their sole discretion) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations); and reside in a geographic area in which UWD operates.

TWO WINNERS: Each prize winner will receive the winner's choice of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) approximate retail value of UWD products, of which at least fifty percent (50%) must be utilized for replacement windows, professionally installed by UWD or its designees.

The odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing.
