ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States (including Guam) and Canada. Must be eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

TWO WINNERS: One Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the United States and one Grand Prize winner will be chosen from Canada. Each Grand Prize winner will be awarded one trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to one guest as described below. The Trip includes the following for the Grand Prize winner and Guest:

• Round trip economy-class air transportation for up to two people from a major airport near Grand Prize winner's home (as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion) to Newark Liberty International Airport, Laguardia Airport, or John F. Kennedy International Airport. Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all ground transportation.
• Hotel accommodations, room, and tax only, for up to two people in the form of one standard room (double occupancy) at a hotel in New York City (specific hotel and room to be selected by Administrator in its sole discretion) for three consecutive nights.

The potential United States and Canada Grand Prize winner may elect to receive instead of the Grand Prize, a cash alternative in the total amount of $2,274 USD or CAD $2,702 respectively. GUAM RESIDENT WINNERS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE CASH ALTERNATIVE OF $2,274 USD.

On or about March 18, 2024, Administrator will select two entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry on or about two days after the drawing date.
