GRAND PRIZE: The verified single winner with the top fastest recorded time for the Game on the Leaderboard at the conclusion of the Contest will receive the Grand Prize package, as noted below:

• Red Bull Racing Prize Package
• Red Bull VIP Experience.
• A travel package comprised of:
• Round-trip economy cabin air transportation for the Winner and one guest from the major airport nearest to the Winner, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, to the major airport nearest to the selected race as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion
• Lodging (single room, double occupancy), at a lodging to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• Round-trip ground transportation from the major airport selected by Sponsor to the lodging location.
• Food and beverage

Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $12,000

TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also provide the Grand Prize winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prizes (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The winner's actual tax liabilities related to the prizes could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment it receives. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prizes. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner's tax obligation
