ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry).

GRAND PRIZE: One La-Z-Boy loveseat of the Grand Prize Winner's choice, not to exceed an approximate retail value of $2,000 U.S. Dollars.

One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 21, 2020, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
