ELIGIBILITY: Open to citizens of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the USA Territories who are either: 16 years of age or older and are seniors in high school who are planning to attend an accredited, non-profit, four-year college or university in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or the USA Territories, at time of entry and prize notification OR 16 years of age or older and are current college students who are planning on continuing to attend an accredited, non-profit, four-year undergraduate college or university in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or the USA Territories, at time of entry and prize notification.

TWELVE GRAND PRIZES: (One awarded per Entry Period): A $5,000 check made payable to the qualified institution reflected on the winner's Declaration. A winner forfeits the prize if he/she (or his/her daughter or son, or ward, in the case of a legal guardianship) does not attend a participating college/university within one year of notification/winner confirmation.

Approximate Retail Value: $5,000 each

Total ARV of all prizes: $60,000.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, during the Promotion Period.
