ELIGIBILITY: Open to all natural persons who meet the below requirements and enter in accordance with Paragraphs 3 or 4 of these Contest Rules. To enter and be eligible to win the Grand Prize, an Entrant.

Must be a legal resident of Canada, including at the time of award and use of the prize.

Must have reached the age of majority in his/her province of residence at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one Grand Prize available to be won (retail value Can$10,000), consisting of: an all-inclusive 7-night stay at Mountain Trek Fitness Retreat and Health Spa in Ainsworth Hot Springs, British Columbia (retail value Can$7,500); a travel voucher for return airfare to/from an airport located close to Mountain Trek Fitness Retreat and Health Spa (retail value Can$1,500); and one year's supply of the following Jamieson Essentials products (retail value Can$1,000): 4 bottles of Vitamin D (each 240 tablets), 12 bottles of Probiotic 10 Billion (each 60 capsules), 8 bottles of Adult Multivitamin (each 90 caplets), 28 bottles of Omega 3 Extra Strength (each 100 soft gels), 8 containers of French Vanilla protein powder (each 325g), 8 containers of Milk Chocolate protein powder (each 355g), and 8 containers of Vanilla Maple Swirl plant protein powder (each 350g). Sponsor, in its sole and unfettered discretion, shall determine the authorized Tour Operator where travel voucher(s) must be redeemed along with all Prize Providers as well as the applicable denomination of the travel vouchers (to total Can$1,500) if a single Can$1,500 voucher cannot be obtained for whatever reason at the time of prize fulfillment. Grand Prize is non-refundable, non-negotiable, non- transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent dollar value. Grand Prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Travel within Canada must occur in accordance with any terms of the Tour Operator and Prize Providers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, vouchers are to be booked through the authorized Tour Operator, subject to availability and black-out dates, up to the maximum prize value of Can$1,500 for this portion of the Grand Prize. Each trip purchased with voucher is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Prize Supplier(s), which may be subject to changes.
