ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia, who are over the age of twenty-one at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the USA Virgin Islands, outside the USA, and wherever else prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package of:

One SHESPOKE Lip Kit; and

One Brilliant Distinctions® Reward* valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000)

The ARV of Grand Prize: $1,085.

TWO HUNDRED FIFTY WINNERS: Each Runner-Up Prize winner (each, a "Runner-Up Prize Winner") will receive a prize package of:

One SHESPOKE Lip Kit; and

One Brilliant Distinctions® Reward* valued at one hundred dollars ($100).

The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $185.

The total ARV of Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prizes available to be won: $47,335.

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.

There is a limit of one prize per person.

The potential Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Up Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Thursday, April 16, 2020 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.
