Pepsi® and Lay's® UEFA Champions League Contest

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Canada, who at the time of entry have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence

GRAND PRIZE: There are two grand prizes available to be won during the Contest Period (one Grand Prize available to residents of Quebec, and one Grand Prize available to residents of the rest of Canada), each consisting of a trip for the winner and one guest (guest must be age of majority or older in their province/territory of residence) to attend the 2023-2024 UEFA Champions League Final Match on May 30, 2024 in London, England. Travel dates (approximate): May 28, 2024 – June 2, 2024

SECOND PRIZE: There are a total of eight secondary prizes available to be won, each consisting of one UEFA Store E-gift card with a value of €200 (Two Hundred EURO), each having an approximate retail value of $293 CAD (each a "Secondary Prize" and collectively "Secondary Prizes").

Odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend on the number of eligible Secondary Prize Entries received during the Contest Period. Maximum one Secondary Prize per person/household during the Contest Period.

Winning a Secondary Prize does not preclude you from winning a Grand Prize.
