ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of time/date of entry and who are current, active D23 members. GRAND PRIZE: A vacation package for up to four persons (i.e., winner and three guests) for four nights and five days at the Walt Disney World® Resort to be awarded to the winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Vacation" or "Prize") which shall consist of the following:

• Up to four round trip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major gateway airport closest to traveler's residence and the Orlando International Airport (if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, airfare will not be provided).
• Round trip ground transportation for up to four persons or voucher(s) of up to $100.00 in total for local ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World® Resort (if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, this ground transportation will not be provided).
• Room accommodations consisting of one Club Level Concierge level room (with a maximum of four persons per room) for four nights at a Disney Deluxe Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; based on availability.
• Up to four 5-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

The approximate retail value of the Prize is US $14,978.60.

There will be one potential winner selected in this Sweepstakes, via a random drawing on or about April 5, 2024, from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
