ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are physically located therein, and who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will be awarded one of the following categories of prizes: resort travel, cruise, cash, retailer gift certificate, gift card, merchandise, kitchenware, furniture, appliances, and/or electronics.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: up to $15,000.

TWO HUNDRED SIXTY WINNERS: Up to one Trivia Prize will be awarded for each Game Play Day during the Broadcast Period that may include one of the following categories of prizes: cash, retailer gift certificate, gift card, vehicle, merchandise, kitchenware, furniture, appliances, electronics, travel and/or cruise announced and/or revealed on that particular day's taping/broadcast, as applicable.

ARV of each Trivia Prize: $1,000 - $60,000.

TWO HUNDRED SIXTY WINNERS: Up to one Reward Prize will be awarded for each Game Play Day during the Broadcast Period (as described in these Official Rules) in the form of a retailer gift certificate, gift card, and/or products/merchandise.

ARV of each Reward Prize: $500 - $2,500.

Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes: up to $16,265,000.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of Reward Prize winners during the Broadcast Period. The odds of winning a Trivia Prize or Reward Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received and who provided an On-Air Release by the time his/her Entry was drawn. Limit one Trivia Prize or one Reward Prize per person/household per three hundred and sixty-five days.
