How I HARIBO Contest

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and D.C,, who are age thirteen years of age or older as of the date of entry and have a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued photo I.D. (except as noted below for entrants age 13 to 17)

GRAND PRIZE: The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded:

• $5,000 awarded in the form of a prize check made payable to the winner, or as otherwise designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award cash portion of the prize award via a gift card from a Sponsor designated gift card provider, subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy.
• a one-year supply of HARIBO awarded in the form of a single shipment of eight-four 5oz peg bags of HARIBO, with an approximate retail value of: $208;
• a HARIBO merchandise gift pack consisting of the merchandise items as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability scheduled to include: one bucket hat, one water bottle, one set of stickers, one set of pins, one backpack, a set of socks; one candy bracelet; one skateboard, a set of shoelaces, and one phone charm (total ARV: $250). Sponsor reserves the right to award alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability; and.
• a framed image of their HARIBO creation (ARV: $150).

Total ARV of grand prize award: $5,608.

First Prize Award (maximum two winners): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded:

• $2,000 awarded in the form of a prize check made payable to the winner, or as otherwise designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award cash portion of the prize award via a gift card from a Sponsor designated gift card provider, subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy.
• a one-year supply of HARIBO awarded in the form of a single shipment of eight-four 5oz peg bags of HARIBO (ARV: $208)
• a HARIBO merchandise gift pack consisting of the merchandise items as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability scheduled to include: one bucket hat, one water bottle, one set of stickers, one set of pins, one backpack, a set of socks; one candy bracelet; one skateboard, a set of shoelaces, and one phone charm (total ARV: $250). Sponsor reserves the right to award alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability.

ARV of each first prize award: $2,458.

Total ARV of all available first prize awards: $4,916.

Second Prize Award (maximum fifteen winners): Each eligible entrant designated as a second prize winner shall be awarded:

• a one-year supply of HARIBO awarded in the form of a single shipment of eight-four 5oz peg bags of HARIBO (ARV: $208).

ARV of each second prize award: $208.

Total ARV of all available second prize awards: $3,120.

JUDGING CRITERIA: Submissions shall be judged by a Sponsor/Administrator-appointed panel of judges, pursuant to the following guidelines, requirements and criteria in the determination of the winning entrant(s):

• Originality and Uniqueness: Submission that is deemed to be original and unique (33.34% of score)
• Creativity, Imaginative, Innovative, Humor and/or other Inspiration: Submission that is deemed to demonstrate creativity, imagination, innovation, humor, and/or other inspiration in the HARIBO creation (33.33% of score); and
• Positive Message, Brand Representation and Quality: Submission that best represents the Sponsor's brand image and Sponsor's product in a positive manner and the overall quality of the submission (33.33% of score).

NOTE: Judges may elect to take into consideration the age of the entrant who created the Submission as an additional factor in the determination of each category Score.
