ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia, who are eighteen years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of Alabama) with a valid US driver's license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry.

TWENTY FIVE WINNERS: Twenty-five prizes will be awarded, each prize consists of fifty-two coupons, each coupon is good for one bag (4.75 oz. – 8 oz.) of a Frito-Lay brand product (excluding LAY'S® Kettle Cooked, LAY'S® Baked, and LAY'S® Simply products) (up to a value of $4.99 each bag). Coupons are subject to terms and conditions as stated on the coupon.

Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $259.48.

Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,487.00.
